Traditionally used to ease mental tension and support restful sleep, lavender also helps release muscle tension and comfort the skin. Add 6 to 10 drops to a diffuser, 6 to 8 drops to a warm bath, or dilute 15 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil for body massage. Ingredients: lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), geraniol, limonene, linalool.
